"Playing music is fun and refreshes the mind. Teaching others keyboard skills is so rewarding because lives are enriched and if I can help to do that then that's a really satisfying feeling. While theory is important - we all want to play don't we. So I'm flexible in my approach, all the while keeping the student interested by relating the theory to a particular tune that's grabbed their attention. Then, I email post lesson reminders of what was covered as well as extra tips to help with practice. Let's learn music, play our favourite tunes and enjoy all the benefits that will bring"
